  after waiting 3/4 of an hour for our order, people getting there orders after us, they lost our order, asked to see the manager to get our money back, being given cold meals, manager goes intoher office and wont come out, considering she took our order in the first place and stuffed up, we are disappointed they werent more concerned, as for the manager she should deal with cstomers instead of hiding, finally got meals home and it was under cooked and we couldnt eat it....

  i am very disappointed in the service received at Chinchilla KFC last night, we had to wait over 3/4 of an hour to get our order, first they lost our order , the manager came out and said it was eing filled straight away, 15 minutes later still nothing so i asked to see the manager to ask for our money back and she disappeared into her office and we didt see her again, we wont be returning to th store again and we will give bad ratings.
