    No insulation in walls. If you have a ground floor room, and someone above you, you won’t sleep. It is like a stampede of elephants.

    Very poor designed rooms and buildings.

    I will never stay here again.

    Not to far out of town, nice quiet the Room's are very neat. Great for Two people for a weekend stay.

    I wanted to love this place and at first glance it was excellent. It was spacious and clean and the bed was fantastic. The problem was a serious design flaw in having the rooms adjoining. It meant that you could hear every single thing from the next room. The people weren’t being particularly loud or anything, it was just the acoustics meant you heard every cough, fart and teaspoon stirring. A real shame because it really was a lovely place otherwise but I won’t be staying again.

    Pros - Very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, close to town and shops, lunch packs and brekky were good.

    Cons - No foxtel, gym is closed on sundays (the day i stayed), 1/4 of washers and dryers were out of service.

    Fantastic room, very modern and clean. Comfortable bed, large tv, air conditioned and even included a small kitchenette. And all for a fantastic price.
    Amazing hot breakfast served in the morning and ample parking.
    Very friendly and accomodating staff, even though I was checking in late (9:30 pm) the owner waited for me to arrive.
    My only negative feedback and it’s only slight would be that it’s hard to find in the dark as the street isn’t well lit and the main entrance sign was difficult to spot from the road.
